Shipping policy

UK Mainland Delivery

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. All orders will be sent via tracked delivery, we use a selected range of service providers and you will be notified of the delivery company and tracking details in your dispatch notification. Standard delivery is 2-3 working days. 

Local Delivery

Atelier 38 offers a free local delivery service within a 5 mile radius of our studio. No minimum order value applies and free delivery will be applied at checkout.

Delivery Charges:

A standard delivery charge of £2.95 is applied to orders of up to £24.99

Orders of £25.00 and above will have free delivery applied.

Express delivery is also available, once your order is prepared it will be dispatched on a next day delivery service.

Shipping Regions:

At this time Atelier 38 ships to the UK and NI only as standard. If you wish to place an order to be delivered to another country please get in touch.
